I have no experience with any instrument, yet sometimes you think up a song that you would really like to hear. Are there any programs that let you write the music out, sheet music I think, and play it back to you?
Fruity loops lets you create music. i don't think you can see sheet music or anything but you can save it as an mp3. From what i know it easy to use.
