Need help choosing a guitar?
I play blues, jazz, rockabiilly, a little country, and not much else. I already have a gret metal and hard rock guitar, I have 2 acoustics, and a les paul. right now I want a hollowbody, because my jazz band is going on a trip to Vegas to play. I have played gretsches, es 335 and 1 strat. I played the chet atkins gretsch, but it is out of my price range. I loved the es, but not as much as the gretsch. I will spend about 2500 at most. alo I once played a strat and I didn't like it because it was a squier. should I give it or a tele a chance?

I could tell by what you wrote here that what you're missing is a Telecaster. Btw, there's a a big difference between a (junky) Squier Strat and a genuine USA made Strat- so I was wondering if you gave Fender a fair try. I learned to play on a old Les Paul Blacky Gold copy. Even though it was a copy you know there is nothing like the real deal. So same applies to Fender.
But since back then I've been playing a solid body Tele for about 10 years or so. I suspect reading what u wrote that you may not like the large hollow bodies (like Gretsch) cause their tone isn't as bright (or juicey) as the other makes and models you mentioned.
My suggestion is that there are some real cool hollow Teles out there you need to check out. I like also your choice of the Tennessee Rose. I think you should be looking at either of those two. You might want to try that- it seems that would compliment your Les Paul better than any other guitar that you mentioned. Good Luck and happy playin' !
