what are these drums on a drum set?

Hi, I was wondering what those little toms on a drum set are. there are usually three on one rack. I was wondering if you could give me some brands also.
no, it's not the normal drums or cymbals you find. sometimes above your hi-hat, or somewhere, you will have three small toms on one stand, usually higher than the rest of your drum mounted toms.

they're called roto toms. They're named this because you can turn the rim of the drum to tighten or loosen the head, thus easily changing the pitch of the drum.
