i cant see crap on the photo but with what i can see either youu crossed a volume wire with the switch or missed the connection on the volume pot or your pots are to low for the pickups also did you use 250 or 500 pots for the pickups and seperate the wires better nothing can be told by the photo, but you may have a switch crossed with volume pot also so the switch opeerates it more than the knob also ?
