Fulltone GT500 Dual Distortion/Booster Pedal $139.95 The Fulltone GT500 Dual Distortion/Booster Pedal gives you discrete F.E.T Hi-Gain Distortion and Overdrive Booster IN ONE PEDAL. On the Hi-Gain side you get Volume, Distortion knobs, Bass, Mid, and Highs minipots. The Booster Side has Volume, Overdrive knobs, Bass and Highs minipots. These hi-Q sealed minipots don't break either! Most pedals achieve distortion with hard clipped distortion which can be cool, but stage after stage of FET (GT-500) is very real, very amplike, and has ridiculous amounts of sustain even at low volume. It does the great chunky low string rhythm stuff and cleans up incredibly well when you turn down the guitar's volume. The GT500 contains 9 x FET's, 2 Mosfets and 1 x Transistor with no opamps or clipping diodes used. Click here for Guitar Player Magazine's Editor's Pick Review ! What's special about the EQ? The Hi-Gain side has a discrete Inductor-Driven Midrange circuit....never been done in a pedal before. Yes there's a wah wah inductor inside the pedal that gives the Midrange control its ability to drastically increase or decrease the entire Low Mid, Mid, and Hi-Mid frequencies, to comical proportions. All this is done without any opamps because all of the active 3 Band EQ's Fulltone's designers had tried were horrible, killing all harmonics, all excitement, and sounding as sterile as the EQ in a Digital Recording Program. Nope, this has 100% discrete matched FET's. This Mid control mixed with a strong Bass and Treble control help give the GT-500 the ability to dial in more variations than a simple tone control, which can only roll off the Highs. What's the Series switch in the middle do? The Series Select Switch allows you to choose which pedal comes first (allowing you to instantly change the order of the 2 circuits) Booster to Distortion or Distortion to Booster For example: A Clean Boost slamming into the front end of a Distortion sounds way different than a Distortion followed by the clean Boost...and when the EQ's of the respective sides come into play, it's a wide open canvas. Regardless of which side of the pedal is designated as first in line you can still use each side by itself, completely independent of the other side. |

Fulltone FB3 Fat Boost 3 Booster Pedal $139.95 Fulltone Fat Boost 3 Boost Pedal; Add extra power to your instrument! The Fat Boost 3 is a discrete, class-A, FET (Field-Effect-Transistor) pedal offering up to 35dB of non-distorted Gain without changing your signature sound, unless that is what you desire. The FB3 allows you to fatten/distort your tone, brighten or mellow up the sound, add or subtract Bass, and add even-order harmonics! Fulltone Fat Boost 3 Features 35dB of clean boost without coloring your tone Brighten or mellow your sound, add or subtract Bass and add harmonics More dynamic playing, notes hold on longer without being distorted True-Bypass switching with a super-bright LED indicator Can be used to eliminate the tone loss caused by long guitar cable runs This final version of the Fat-Boost (Model FB3) incorporates all of the things that people have loved about previous versions of the Fulltone Fat-Boosts without any of the shortcomings, and brings back the 11 step FET Bias Drive knob that was missing from the FB2. You‘ll notice that the Drive knob makes a slight scraping noise when you turn it...not to worry... that is totally normal, and is simply the sound of the Bias changing and settling on the FET MuAmp. The Fat Boost 3 gives you the feeling that your amp is cranked at living room volumes so your playing is more dynamic and notes hold on longer without being distorted. It makes up for all the tone loss that (even True-Bypass) pedals impart to your sound, especially you have a lot of pedals on your pedalboard. Replacing previous FatBoost versions 1 and 2, The Fat Boost 3 combines the things people love about the originals while improving on them in a few key areas including: Return of the 11-position Gain control in Version 1 for control better over the FET's Adds one more stage of FET so that the pedal does not invert your signal Cures the huge Bass and dull high-end from version 1 The FB3 has True-Bypass switching (using the finest switch made, the Fulltone 3PDT) and incorporates a super-bright LED without the loud popping sound thanks to our proprietary anti-pop circuitry. FET’s can behave like Tubes in a properly designed circuit. They can clip (distort) in a pleasing way instead of being buzzy or spiky sounding (like a Transistor) and can also add a subtle Limiting to the signal which can even-out the volume making your Live and Recorded tones more pleasing to the ear....that‘s why you’ll see Recording Engineers using the Fat-Boost on everything from acoustic or electric guitars, electric bass, and even snare drums. The Fat Boost 3 works great in front of non-Master-Volume Tube amps to goose them into submission, as well as through Master-Volume amps to drive them much harder than possible with just your guitar alone. It also works very well on Bass, Acoustic Guitars (with Pi |

Fulltone CT1 Catalyst Fuzz Booster Overdrive Pedal $169.95 The Fulltone CT1 Catalyst Fuzz Distortion Pedal has a power far beyond your standard Fuzz! Along came a little thing called Catalyst, a tiny little Distortion Generator that has none of the drawbacks of your standard Fuzz pedal. It is an incredible Fuzz/Distortion (with toggle switch set to Flame position) and works as a Phenomenal clean-boost, and overdrive as well (with toggle switch set to Spark ) The Catalyst has what is known in the company as a Max-end-all 2 Band EQ that features an excellent hi-cut with a great Bass control having the proprietary ability to bring in incredible sounding midrange when the pot reaches around 3 o'clock on its rotation. Fulltone Catalyst Features Operates as both fuzz distortion or clean-boost pedal Max-end-all 2 Band EQ with hi-cut and Bass control Raw and refined distortion with very few boundries Perfect Fuzz to combine with any amplifier Works well with wah and modulation effects unlike other fuzz pedals So raw yet can be so refined, and so musically useable that it defies description and musical boundries. Don't be confused when you see this on Country rigs and Top 40 pedalboards, sometimes you get lucky and develop something truly unique. Why try the rest when you can have the best? Fuzzes can be a powerful thing in the right hands but can tend to be one trick ponies, where they can't do even a bad impersonation of an overdrive or clean boost. These pedals have major interaction issues with other effects like wah and modualtion (vibes, etc) and all seem to have a sloppy low-end. They have tons of bass/tons of highs but can't cut through a mix to save their lives and there are absolutely no mids if you want them. Only Fuzzface-type pedals truly clean up when you turn down the guitar's volume knob, and even those get unusable bright for anyone not using a brown old Marshall 4-input, but they sound like horrible when you through a bright Fender-style amp. The Catalyst is far beyond these old fuzzes that you won’t know why you ever tried any other fuzz. |

Fulltone CT-1 Catalyst Guitar Effects Pedal $152.15 The Fulltone CT-1 Catalyst Guitar Pedal is equipped with a simple circuit that uses only discrete FET's to achieve its throaty roar. But the Catalyst stompbox brings something more to the table because it to does things that many other fuzz pedals can't. With its mini-toggle switch set to "Spark," the Catalyst effect pedal offers clean boosts, sweeter overdrives and all sorts of distortion sounds. Want more? Flip the switch to "Flame" and you'll be treated to a host of less civil overdrives, unique distortion voicings, and a plethora of vicious Fuzz sounds, all of which clean up with a twist of your guitar's volume knob, with a linear transition from clean to mean. To further enhance your tonal control, the Catalyst guitar pedal offers a pair of very effective low-loss tone controls that set it apart from the masses. Standard tone stacks often end up cutting so much gain that the effect designer has to make up for this loss later in the circuit, and many times you loose some of the magic in the process. Not so here because the Fulltone CT-1 Catalyst pedal's low-loss Bass/Mids knob dials out the flubby low-end, with the added bonus of supplying varying amounts of rich midrange when the Bass/Mids knob passes the 3 o'clock mark. This midrange, on top of an already wildly distorted tone, has the effect of increasing sustain to insane proportions as well as breaking you out of the standard super bright/super bassy Fuzz mold. Need to smooth out the highs? Simply turn down the Treble mini-knob—a low-loss hi-end roll-off—allowing you to shave off as much of the treble as necessary. Finally, many Fuzz pedals can have wacky input and output impedances, making it difficult to match-up successfully with wah-wah pedals and non-true-bypass buffered pedals. The Fulltone CT-1 Catalyst has none of these issues, sporting a friendly 1-meg input impedance and an astonishingly low 10K output impedance. When's the last time you had a fuzz work with a vibe or wah-wah? Things have changed, indeed. |

Fulltone MDV2 Mini Deja 2 Vibe Pedal with Power Supply $269.97 Save pedalboard space with the Fulltone MDV2. The lush, organic sounds of a perfect vintage Univibe clone are now available in a space no bigger than a standard wah wah pedal. But that's not nearly all that the Mini Deja'Vibe 2 offers. The Vintage Solution with a True Bypass Twist: One of the cool things about a Vintage Univibe was that you turned it On simply by pushing forward on the treadle, which activated a momentary switch located in the heel of the foot controller....pretty nice because the slower speeds are usually used so there were no odd transition noises like you would get if you switched it on like a wah wah. Wah wah's (as you know) turn on with a Toe activated switch, which would sound odd on a Univibe clone because that position is the fastest speed. The problem was (on an old Univibe) all it did was Turn On or Off the Light bulb on the PCB.....it wasn't true Bypass and did not have a very transparent sound. Fulltone's Proprietary Heel-Activated system works perfectly, sounds fabulous, operates smoothly, and defaults to Bypassed should your power supply fail or be disconnected....all ground covered. Use the supplied 9VDC supply, or power it with any Pedalboard power supply on the market. don't be put off by the 9 volts ; internally Fulltone jumps the juice up to 18VOLTS for proper original 1960's Univibe specs & sound. True to the original 1960's Univibe circuit 100%, including the most important parts, as only Fulltone (and the great Bob Sweet) know...you gotta have the Photocells Custom made because you cannot buy correct cells off the shelf; they don't exist. Lastly, some have expressed concern about not having super-slow speeds being that true bypass is activated when the treadle is in full heel position...NOT TO WORRY, Fulltone found a way around the problem by increasing the value of the dual speed pot from 100K to 150K and now there are slower speeds available than any other Univibe clone as well as the super fast speeds! |
